Pay Per Action (PPA), also known as Cost Per Action (CPA), is an online advertising pricing model where advertisers pay a fee not merely for clicks on their ads but for a specific action taken by the user as a result of clicking on the ad. This action could be a purchase, a sign-up, a form submission, or any other conversion goal established by the advertiser. Unlike Pay Per Click (PPC), where payment is based solely on the number of clicks, PPA ensures that advertisers only incur costs when their advertising efforts result in a tangible action that aligns with their marketing objectives.
