The Exit Rate is a metric that represents the proportion of visitors who navigate to a particular page on a website and subsequently exit the website from that same page. This rate is calculated by dividing the number of exits from a page by the total number of views the page has received. Unlike bounce rate, which only accounts for single-page sessions, exit rate is concerned with users who may have visited multiple pages before leaving the site.
