    • Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR – Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
    • Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR – Processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject.
    • Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR – Processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.

5 Purpose of using the data

  • The administrator uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic to the site.
  • The administrator conducts remarketing activities and uses the Facebook pixel.
  • The Administrator automates the activities of the Service in relation to users, using a marketing automation system.

6 Data recipients

  1. The Administrator may share Users' personal data:
