1. User passwords are stored in hashed form. This means that passwords are not stored in the database in plain text (i.e. directly typed as, , the user entered them), but transformed using a cryptographic function.

3. The Administrator processes the User's personal data for no longer than it is necessary for realization of the purposes for which the data were collected, or for the period required by legal regulations.
4. You have the right to access, rectify, limit processing and delete personal data concerning you.  
5. The actions of the Administrator may be complained about to the President of the Data Protection Authority Personal.
6. The controller may transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Union and European Economic Area), which is the United Kingdom, for which the European Commission has issued a decision recognizing an adequate level of personal data protection.

4 Legal basis for data use

1. The Administrator processes Users' data on the basis of:
   
   • Article 6(1)(a) RODO - the User's consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specified purposes
   • Article 6(1)(b) RODO - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (in this case use of the Website).
   • Article 6(1)(c) RODO - processing of personal data if it will be necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the Administrator.
   • Article 6(1)(f) RODO - processing of data necessary for purposes that arise from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party (in this case, marketing activities, sending newsletters, statistics, ensuring security, managing the Service).

5 Purpose of data use

• The administrator uses Google Analytics to analyze traffic to the site.
• The administrator conducts remarketing activities and uses the Facebook pixel.
• The Administrator automates the activities of the Website with respect to users, using a marketing automation system.

6 Data recipients

1. The Administrator may share Users' personal data:
   
   • To entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator, such as among others, IT service providers and trusted business partners for the purposes of joint projects, marketing or sales campaigns, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill these purposes.
   • To public entities, bodies or institutions entitled to access personal data under the law.
2. The Administrator shall ensure that these entities process the data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and on the basis of the concluded contracts.  

7 Information about cookies

1. The website uses cookies (so-called cookies). Cookies are text files with computer data stored on the User's device when visiting website. They are used to improve the functionality of the website, ensure proper operation of certain functions and collect statistical information.
