What industry is the client in and what problem did we solve?

Our client is a company from Poland that operates in the furniture industry.
The client needed to build search engine visibility in the highly competitive e-commerce market in Germany to help generate online sales.

Challenges

The main challenge was the lack of visibility in the German market. The site, except for brand-related phrases, was not visible in organic search results. The situation we found was 13 key phrases in TOP 3 and only 2 phrases in TOP 10.
Low domain authority, is one of the immediate causes that affected the ability of a website to achieve high positions in search results. Strong competition was another challenge. Competing with well-known stores in Germany such as otto.de, xxxlutz.de and wayfair.de required a well-thought-out SEO strategy and solutions that would work in the German market.

Step-by-step actions

After conducting an SEO audit, we prepared a strategy aimed at building the site's visibility. In addition to standard SEO activities, a link building strategy tailored to the requirements of the German market was necessary.
Traffic to the site (Organic traffic) from the German search engine Google, was not able to generate satisfactory sales. So the first goal was to build any visibility. And we achieved this goal, and even went beyond the initial assumptions. After optimization, we gained visibility for many product phrases in the top ten Google results.

We cleaned up and expanded the structure in a way that responded to users' needs and made it easier for the search engine to index the site's content.

We proposed titles and descriptions that help the search engine understand what the page is about, leverage the potential of key phrases and help users navigate the site - which influences their engagement and conversion.

Advanced link building
Our goal was to take care of high-quality backlinks that would improve domain authority and attract traffic. The referring domains indicator (referring domains) was 1. This means that the client's site had only one backlink. The current result (340 sites) shows that our link building strategy is yielding sensational results. The client decided to double the link budget, so the activities yielded an even better result.

Optimization of AI-generated content
The content needed optimization for key phrases, among other things, which was taken care of by our content writers.

Our results

Currently, the client's website is competing with the giants of the furniture market in Germany. After just 2 months of our work, it was already visible on phrases and product sub-pages. After 3 months of action, during the period of greatest growth, we recorded 423 key phrases in TOP 3 and 2101 phrases in TOP 10 in Google results.
In the following months, the results stabilized at a lower level, but still great considering the several months of cooperation. Currently, we see an upward trend, and the results are as follows: 302 key phrases in TOP 3 and 1097 phrases in TOP 10. The site appears TOP 10 search results for phrases with a volume of more than 1 thousand (average number of searches per month). The popularity of the brand remains at a good level - the brand phrase generates an average of 1441 visits to the site per month.
